My first facial with Ayelet was over 8 years ago....I can not imagine seeing anyone else. Hi Ayelet,

Thank you so much for presenting to our junior students this afternoon.  It is so important for students to be aware of burnout and how to overcome burnout. 

Caregivers in particular are most prone to burnout, and we have to make a conscious effort to take care of ourselves in addition to our patients. 

Your presentation was very well received and helpful to the students.  They learned techniques that they can do in clinic and/or the comfort of their home.   I think the students really appreciated the pampering as well - massages, eye masks, foot massages, hand massages, scalp massages, essential oils aromatherapy etc etc.   

In addition, the exercises that helped us recognize what is important to us - were so informative.

Ayelet also encouraged the staff to take time out of their busy day to relax. This was accomplished by warning blankets and hand masks for all who participated.
